This report presents the findings of the University of Kentucky’s (University’s) investigations of the quality of water being discharged from two separate outfalls, one located on the University’s property and the other located outside of its property limits.
The former outfall is referred to in the University’s Storm Water Quality Management Plan as the “WR-1” outfall and the latter is referred to herein as the Simpson Ave. outfall.
